Evening and Saturday appointments tend to book weeks in advance, so plan ahead to obtain your desired appointment dates and times. Cloud 9's regular guests often schedule several standing appointments at a time to secure their desired times as our advanced scheduling system allows appointments to be secured a year or more in advance! Are you looking to have your group, office staff or party at Cloud 9? Talk about a memorable and unique time together! We can accommodate groups of up to 24 at a time, or the entire spa may be rented for special occasions.
Cloud 9's software scheduling system is comparable to the hotel/hospitality industry; therefore you are required to have a credit card or Cloud 9 Gift Card handy to reserve and hold your appointments. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of scheduling; but will be charged up to 100% of your service cost if you no-show. Also, cancellations with less than 24 hour's notice are subject to a charge of 50-100% of service cost. Supplying us your credit/gift card reservation information at time of scheduling is confirmation of your acceptance of these terms.

The More, the Merrier! Groups & Parties
Let us host your special occasion party, staff reward event, reunion gathering, girlfriend’s getaway, bridal or baby shower group!Our vast collection of treatment villas enables us to easily accommodate groups of 24 receiving a variety of services all at the same time! Simply download our helpful Group & Party Planning Form and mail, fax or drop it off to us. The Planning Form allows us to carefully coordinate and guarantee all services and start times for your group of 3-24 attendees, and even provides opportunity for us to arrange for additional staff for your event if necessary. You may even wish to provide each of your attendants special spa gift goodie bags or gifts to commemorate your special event; we’re happy to help arrange this as well!
