Scheduling Appointments

For optimal customer service, our on-site call center office is staffed 6 days a week with a team of Spa Coordinators to answer your calls and make computerized reservations for you! Our bank of twelve computers makes tracking and scheduling appointments a breeze! Please note that evening and Saturdays book weeks in advance; plan ahead to obtain your desired appointment dates and times. Cloud 9's regular guests often schedule several standing appointments at a time to secure their desired times; our scheduling system allows us to reserve your appointments a year or more in advance!

Cloud 9's software scheduling system is comparable to the hotel/hospitality industry; therefore please have a credit card or Cloud 9 Gift Card handy to reserve your appointments. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of scheduling; but will be charged up to 100% of your service cost if you no-show. Cancellations with less than 24 hour's notice are subject to a charge of 50-100% of service cost. Supplying us your credit/gift card reservation information is confirmation of your acceptance of these terms.

Plan a SPA PARTY! We can easily accommodate groups of 24 receiving a variety of services all at the same time! Our helpful Group & Party Planning Form may be downloaded from our website and enables us to coordinate and guarantee all services and start times for your group of 3-24 attendees.
